General arrival: 12:30 pm (do NOT arrive before this time unless you are able to assist in setting up for the event). Activities start at 1 pm. Dinner will be provided by the Board (details will be announced once confirmed). Pre-Reg will be required as we will need a head count for the food. This is a no-skill use event so drinking will be permitted in moderation.
Set up crew/volunteers will arrive at 11 am.
Set Up and Take Down Rewards (if you do both, these are doubled):
1 Hour NPC Time*, 3 Renown, and 100BP (NPC time will be adjusted if it takes a noticeably longer time to complete these activities).
