What is CARPs?

CARPs (Central Action Role Playing Society) is a dynamic, action-packed LARP system designed for those who crave both adventure and community. With CARPs, players engage in live-action scenarios, creating their own characters, weaving intricate story lines, and experiencing heart-pounding action in real-time. Unlike other systems, CARPs places an emphasis on both physicality and story, combining tactical game play with immersive role-playing to make every moment feel real.

Who We Are

Our Community is lead by an executive board that facilitates everything that is needed to have a fun and enjoyable experience.
While our community grows, we are happy to see new faces bring fresh perspectives to help add and tell new stories to the growing history of the game we play. With over 80 regular attendees, there is no shortage of opportunity to meet new faces and learn something new.

Game Master (GM) Staff

The team that helps guide the stories the community participates in from the smallest helping of baking a pie, to stopping a world ending calamity. They keep safety and entertainment at the forefront of their mind when planning hilarious, heart-wrenching, and glorious moments. Each one of these volunteers has helped shaped the game over the many years.

Why you might ask? – because the love of the journey in the story is much better than skipping to the end.
