Factions in the world of Phantara can be broken into three parts.
Kingdoms are collective groups over peoples under a single focus, ideal, or governing body — often over vast Regions.
Regions are often without major political power, or a variety of political interests that often do not spread beyond their own individual groups.
Groups are a collection of individuals with a pointed purpose that often transcends regions and Kingdoms, but often have localized branches.

Kingdoms
Alleria: Magical Kingdom in the South East of the Continent. Sub factions include: Allerians, Human, Guthrie.
Dwarven Homeland: Mountain home and lands East of Silverthorne. Lorecrafters have their own city in the Chaos Mountains but share close connections and ties with the dwarven lands. Sub factions include: Dwarves, Lorecrafters.
Great Plateau: Kingdom northwest of Silverthorne, known for being on a plateau with plains and forests. Sub factions include: Humans, Elves, Forestwalker Ga’vin.
Isle of Night: The Island south of the continent, mostly cloaked in endless night. Sub factions include: Deep Elves, Minotaurs.
Lethnal: Name of both the Avyana Kingdom and its capital. Located in the Chaos Mountains. Sub factions include: Avyana
Silverthorne: Center of the continent, largest of the kingdoms. Sub factions include: Houses, Guilds, Humans, Gnomes/Castellion, Guthrie, Southern Barbarians, Valken’Vi/Gateway.
Syl’Van’Dar: High Elf home, hidden in the forest. Sub factions include: High Elves.
Windcrest: Kingdom of Heroes on the eastern shore of the continent. Sub factions include: Humans

Regions
Arctic Lands: Area north of the Great Plateau, between it and the northern sea. Sub factions include: Arctic Barbarians, Orcs.
Bog Lands: The bog lands south of Silverthorne and East of the Chaos Mountains. Sub factions include: Southern Barbarians, Lizardmen, Orcs, Split Skull Mountain
Caldonia: The duchy of Caldonia within Silverthorne. Sub factions include:Humans, Dwarves
Corsair Isles: The islands south of Silverthorne. Sub factions include: Islanders, Sylvani.
Dark Wood: Thick woods north of Midway that houses many monsters. Sub factions include: Syl’Van’Con, Wood Elves, Forestwalker Ga’vin, Firewalker Ga’vin, Felinos, Wahuru.
Desolate Plateau: Plateau in the far North East, home to many orc tribes. Sub factions include: Orcs, Goblins.
Jungle: Jungles are on the southern continent. Sub factions include: Kunapan, Jungle Barbarians, Felinos, Frogmen.
Sea of Dust: Desert region west of the Chaos Mountains. Sub factions include: Efreet/City of Bronze, Desert Barbarians, Fire Elves.
Underdark: Subterranean region and races. Sub factions include: Deep Dwarves, Deep Elves, Goblins.

Groups
Guardians: Guardians of Nature and the Wyld. Sub factions include: Druids, Rangers, Forestwalker Ga’vin, Firewalker Ga’vin, Wood Elves
Mercenary: Organization of Mercenary groups throughout different regions and kingdoms. Sub factions include: various mercenary companies
The Way: Protectors of Phantara who are spread throughout the world. Sub factions include: Essence, Legacy, Order Knights, Wood Elves.
Underworld: All things outlawed. Sub factions include: Assassins, Pirates, Smugglers, Thieves.
Roaming: Groups and races known for their nomadic ways. Sub factions include: Guthrie, Sylvani.
